Meet The Baker

“Baking has always been a part of my childhood, I had one of those easy bake ovens to practice my skills - loved it!

When the pandemic hit, I became part of the baking at home trend, getting any opportunity to make vegan savoury and sweet foods; desserts and appetizers.

After baking with recipes I found online or in books, I decided to come up with some of my own creations and what better way than to start with one of my favourite desserts; the classic cinnamon roll!"
